What happens if we cancel or miss a session?
Credits are reserved when you book and used when the session starts. Cancel 48 hours or more before a session for a full refund, 24 to 48 hours for a 50 percent refund, and under 24 hours for no refund. No-shows deduct after a 10 minute grace period.
