Credits are reserved when you book and used when your session starts. You can cancel 48 hours or more before your session for a full credit refund. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours receive a 50 percent credit refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. If you do not attend, credits are deducted after a 10 minute grace period. Late arrival does not extend the session time. Each booking can be rescheduled once. Admin may refund credits in genuine exceptional cases.
